Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of collectible, blind box and capsule products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Unwanted styles
  • Duplicate items
  • Opened blind boxes
  • Opened capsule toys
  • Sale or clearance items

Random Style Products

Blind boxes, capsule toys and random-style products are packed randomly.

Specific styles, colours or characters cannot be selected unless clearly stated on the product page.

Duplicate styles may occur and are not considered faults.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Packaging photos if applicable

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a faulty item or our error, we will advise the return process accordingly.
