Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders ship from our Melbourne (Ringwood) warehouse within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

  • VIC: 1–3 business days

  • NSW / SA / ACT / TAS: 2–5 business days

  • QLD / WA / NT: 3–8 business days
    (Remote areas may take slightly longer.)

Tracking

All parcels include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Local Pickup

Pick-up is available by appointment at:
Unit 8, 475–477 Maroondah Highway, Ringwood VIC 3134

Return & Exchange Policy

Change of Mind

  • Accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will be issued once items are inspected.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
We can arrange:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty:

  • Opened capsule toys

  • Random surprise items

  • Fidget toys removed from packaging

  • Clearance items

Incorrect Address

If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.
