Non-returnable items:

• Sale items or promotional gifts are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
